Where Dreams Come True

Contact us

Who Are We?

We are a small family owned, and operated operation located in southwestern Manitoba, Canada.

Why the Gypsy Horse?

The Gypsy Horse is not only breathtaking with their beauty but have unbelievable temperaments and extremely loyal personalities.  These beauties will go any way or anywhere you wish to take them.  They make excellent kid's horses and wonderful show prospects!  We pride ourselves on making dreams come true, therefore we offer quality gypsy horses at reasonable prices with some payment options available.  Because we regularly travel to Alberta, we are able to offer some transportation options on our sold horses and foals along the way to help our buyers in the process.   We also have a select few other breeds in our herd including, AQHA, Clydesdale, POS, Warmblood and Mini's.

Over the last few years, we have worked to establish dependable working relationships with other breeders and horse owners.  If we are unable to match you with your perfect horse, we would be happy to put you in touch with someone who may have exactly what you are looking for.

Along with our horses we do have a manageable but growing herd of angus cattle.  We also have a few other various critters to keep us and our visitors entertained!

We hope to see you soon!

A Cowgirl's Envy And A Daughter's Pride

I see you. I see you seated so confidently and comfortably in your saddle. I can't tell if that saddle makes your beauty excel or if it is your presence that is making that saddle shine. I'm envious of the perfectly stained leather. Those polished silver accents seem to sparkle and dance with the arena lights. The marked brand name on your saddle proudly stands out. It's perfect. You're perfect.

I shake my head and with that, jolt myself back to reality. I reach up to grab the horn of my old saddle. My thumb catches the cracked and torn leather that covers the horn. My foot sets gently into the old, scratched and discolored stirrup and with a breath I swing my leg over and settle into the once padded and cushioned seat. The seat beneath me is now stained and worn and would no doubt no longer be suitable for an all day ride again. Yet, in that moment it is suddenly more comfortable than I remember.

My eyes skim over the broken and lost latigos that used to hang exquisitely from the saddle. In my head I can hear the words "Hang on" as if it was just yesterday that they were delicately yelled at me from across the yard and I smile to myself.
My arm stretches back as my hand slides along the faded red saddle blanket. My finger tips trace slowly over the worn out embroidered letters "CG" and I smile to myself while it takes my mind back to him.

How I envy you and your beautiful saddle. Yet, I know now that if you knew the love and memories that ride with me in this old thing, you'd be jealous of me too.
